- Therapeutic Massage 60 minutes $135
  Therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the body's natural restorative functioning. Variation in massage pressure and touch is used to release tension, relax muscles, increase blood and lymph circulation, and impart a sense of calm. Targeted or full-body 60 minute service.
- Therapeutic Massage 90 minutes $195
  Therapeutic massage incorporates a variety of advanced modalities that enhance the body's natural restorative functioning. - ROM Range of Motion Therapy 60 minutes $135
  The 3 types of ROM exercises include passive, active, and active assistive ROM. Range of motion (ROM) refers to how far you can move or stretch a part of your body, such as a joint or a muscle. ROM is the available amount of movement of a joint, whereas flexibility is the ability of soft tissue structures, such as muscle, tendon, and connective tissue, to elongate through the available range of joint motion. For range of motion modalities, wearing athletic shorts and top is helpful for treatment. During your intake consult, your therapist will discuss your goals and appropriate therapy options. 60 minute service.

- Injury Rehabilitation $135
  Massage therapy can alleviate pain associated with injuries by stimulating the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers. The gentle manipulation of soft tissues can also help decrease nerve compression and minimize pain signals sent to the brain. Also, massage can help break down scar tissue that forms during the healing process. 60 minute service.
- TMJ Temporomandibular Joint Therapy $135
  The temporomandibular joint or TMJ acts like a sliding hinge, connecting your jawbone to your skull. Dysfunction can lead to pain and discomfort. Jaw pain, difficulty chewing, and clicking and locking of the jaw joint are some of the symptoms. By using massage on the muscles surrounding the temporomandibular joint, TMJ patients may be able to lessen pain and ease TMJ symptoms. 60 minute service.

  Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) for assisting healthy lymphatic movement before surgery or can be booked 48-72 hours post op for best results. Manual therapy assistance when the body has limited ability to get rid of cellular waste. Aids the immune system and reduces inflammation. 60 minute service.
- MLD - Cancer (Oncology)* 60 minutes $135
  Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD): PHONE CONSULT REQUIRED BEFORE SCHEDULING. Manual therapy assistance when the body has limited ability to get rid of cellular waste. Aids the immune system and reduces inflammation. 60 minute service.
  *Can be performed with ongoing chemotherapy with doctors approval (may require a pathology report). *Can be performed on the tail end of each chemotherapy treatment. *Remission - assistance for detox off chemo, prevent/manage lymphedema.

Sports Therapy is used to address common issues such as: pain in movement, constricted muscle patterns, muscle spasms, range of motion restriction, reduced performance, unexplained muscle fatigue, sports injury/surgery recovery, and scar tissue adhesions.

  Athletes and those with physical fitness needs require a high level of care to meet the demands of an active lifestyle. Sports Therapy is used to address common issues such as: pain in movement, constricted muscle patterns, muscle spasms, range of motion restriction, reduced performance, unexplained muscle fatigue, sports injury/surgery recovery, and scar tissue adhesions.
- Hot Stone Massage 60 minutes $150
  Continuously warm stones are used in a full body massage experience that provides a heightened state of ease and tension release. Advanced heat option is not recommended for heat sensitive clients. 60 minute service.
- Youth Service - 30 minutes $68
  30 minute service. Lymphatic Drainage or Therapeutic massage services for children under 17. All services are performed fully clothed. A parent or guardian is REQUIRED to be present in the room during treatment.
